We love bakhoor but it is not the easiest to burn with charcoal as it gets too smoky and messy. This was perfect for what we needed and gives a subtle burn and powerful fragrance that is also easy to manage and clean. It's a great value and we are very happy with it.

This little incense burner is very nice, though, not very powerful. It would work best in a smaller room or near your desk/work area. The size is compact so it's easy to travel with, if desired. The scent is pleasant and earthy. It's easy to use and it looks great.
The first one that I received was broken with the incense pellets spilled throughout the package. It also had a musty smell to it. Exchanging it was quick and easy though and the next one I received was in working condition. I've included photos of both. Each had their contents out of place, but only one was damaged and had the incense spilled throughout. So, in my opinion, the packaging should better secure the contents which is why I've removed a star.

I love this diffuser! It's so small and cute and easy to use. I would say the battery lasts a few hours but definitely needs to be charged after use. It feels high quality and has a nice nonslip base. I love the smell of agarwood, I do it on the lowest temperature setting. I want to try other words like sandalwood. I also want to try some other resin incense but I think I will put some foil down on the pad first since you can't take it out. I love the temperature control because I can get the incense aromatics without burning it. Also it's better for your lungs if you aren't using coal or candles or traditional stick incense.

This was a birthday present for my sister. She LOVES it! She says that she has never slept so well as she has with the aromatherapy provided by this diffuser.
